Our Services
Excavation covers the digging side of dirt work around Buna, Vidor, Silsbee, Lumberton and all across Southeast Texas — the jobs where material has to come out of the ground, not just get pushed across it. We dig with our own excavator: site dig-outs before a pad goes in, ditches cut so water finally has somewhere to go, culverts set at driveways and crossings, and the mess dug out when something's gone wrong under the surface.
Digging pairs with everything else we do. A pond starts as an excavation job. A pad on soft ground starts with digging out the muck and replacing it with material that packs. A driveway across a wet-weather draw starts with a culvert set right. One crew, one estimate, and the digging gets done as part of the plan instead of hired out separately.

Most excavation around here is about water in the end. This country is flat, wet and generous with rain, and ground that doesn't drain rules everything built on it. Cutting a ditch that actually falls, cleaning one that's silted flat, setting a culvert where the water crosses the drive — that's the digging that turns a soggy property into a dry one.
Water work rewards doing it right the first time. A ditch cut with real fall moves water for years; one eyeballed flat just relocates the puddle. We shape ditches and swales to carry water where it should go, and set culverts at the grade the water wants — sized and bedded so they're still working when your kids own the place.
Some ground can't be built on as-is — the black gumbo that pumps under a loaded truck, the corner of the site that never firms up, the old fill somebody buried stumps in twenty years ago. The fix is honest and mechanical: dig out the bad material, get down to ground that holds, and bring the hole back up with dirt that packs.
That kind of dig-out is the unglamorous start of a lot of good pads. It's also where experience with this exact dirt earns its money — knowing how deep the soft goes, what's under it, and when a wet week means the smart move is waiting. We'll tell you the truth about your ground, even when the truth is "not this week."
The excavator and the dozer are better together than either is alone. The excavator digs, lifts, and works precisely in tight spots; the dozer moves volume and finishes grade. A pond job digs with one and shapes banks with the other. A site job digs out the bad, then blades in the good. Because both machines are ours, the job doesn't stall waiting on a subcontractor's schedule.
