Buna is home. Our shop sits right here in Jasper County, and this is the ground we've worked since 1999 — the sandy pine uplands, the boggy bottoms, the pastures that want to go back to yaupon the minute you stop mowing them. When Buna folks need land cleared, a pad built, or a pond dug, they don't have to import a crew from Beaumont. We're already here.

Dirt work is local knowledge as much as horsepower. Around Buna that means knowing where the sand runs deep and loose, where the gray clay starts, which bottoms stay wet till May, and what a tract off County Road country will do the first winter after it's cleared. We've had three generations to learn it — grandpa started this outfit in 1999, and the family has been reading Jasper County ground ever since.
That knowledge shows up in the work: clearing scheduled when your ground can carry the machine, pads built high enough for the rain we actually get, and ponds put where Buna dirt will hold water instead of drinking it. And because we're local, getting us out for a look is easy — most Buna estimates are a short drive, not a scheduling project.
